Professionally, Madhubanti is a PMI Certified Project Manager for over a decade. She is a global Agile Coach and LKU certified Kanban Coach and Trainer. She has coached and helped transform business units from traditional business models to Agile models to enhance employee productivity and Business deliveries.

She is  a highly driven productivity and result oriented IT Professional in her real life. Madhubanti has ventured into the journey of turning her passion for art into profession. 

She is an avid watercolorist and also loves to explore different mediums for her creative pursuits and positive emotional health. She is currently writing a book on watercolors, which is due to be published by the year end 2021.
